Our Shutter Appeal target of £12,000 has been reached! We were thrilled to receive our first donation from Markus of Stoba Precision Technology for £2,400. Other kind residents made 3 donations of £100. The donation from Liz and Trevor’s Open Garden £500, a generous donation from The Ladybirds of £500 and £300 from our street collection. The balance of the sum needed of an amazing £8,000 has been received from previous supporters of the Youth Club, the Price Family Fund through the Sussex Community Foundation. The challenge to raise the £12,000 was daunting and we are overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity of these caring people. The young people can now use our amazing facility safely.
Thanks to Clive at The Budding Foundation at Tates for donating a £50 voucher for our Coffee Morning Raffle and providing bulbs and compost for our young people to plant ready for Spring.
